A capable, intelligent and virtuous woman, who is he who can find her? She is far more precious than jewels, and her value is far above rubies or pearls. 

Charm and grace are deceptive, and beauty is vain [because it is not lasting], but a woman who reverently and worshipfully fears the Lord, she shall be praised! Give her of the fruit of her hands, and let her own works praise her in the gates of the city! Amplified Bible -- Prov. 31:10; 30-31

A Virtuous Woman can not attain that distinction by what she does or says, nor is it a birthright. She walks in the righteousness of Christ because of 4 simple beliefs:

  She was a sinner who could not save herself
• 
  Jesus Christ has already provided the way of salvation
• 
  She had to repent of her sins, confess them and forsake them
   
• Accept Jesus as Lord by faith
